Lotus's is an E-tailing platform for renter(s) to browse, select from short term to long term rental.
Go to homepage, click on log in and sign up as a Renter(s) by entering your email address and password. You will then receive a SMS to activate your email address. After successfully approve as a Renter(s) you will be able to start listing or booking with Lotus's.
Enter your email address and password in the “Log in” page and click “Sign In”
Click on the reset password and follow the further instructions
Once you register an account as Renter, you will be able to check your booking under Bookings/Transaction History. It is also downloaded.
Lotus's will charge adminstration fees range from 3%-7% charges for all concluded rental of spaces to renter(s). There is no hidden cost.
Listing on our website is completely free. However, the publication of each listing will be upon confirmation by Lotus's.
Booking is only successful once payment has been made.
Payment can be made through credit or debit card.
You can cancel your booking online on Lotus's website within 24 hours.
We have a 24 hours full refund policy
We send refund within 24 hours upon cancellation, however it may only show up in 3-5 working days depending on different banks policy.
